The investment consisted in the expansion of the 110/15 kV Wyszków power station – a two-section station with a double busbar system with transverse connectors and a longitudinal-transverse bus connector.
The reconstruction of the GPZ was related to a new investment by PSE, i.e. the construction of the 400 (220)/110kV Wyszków power station. The works were performed within the contractual scope and deadline.
The design and expansion included:
- demolition of buildings;
- construction of a maintenance-free technical building;
- construction of the station’s power equipment on supporting structures and foundations: 5 HV line bays, 2 HV transformer bays, 2 HV bus connector bays, 4 voltage measurement bays, line gates in 2 reserve line bays;
- construction of two 110/15kV power transformer stations;
- construction of 2 stations for auxiliary transformers;
- construction of 2 capacitor bank stations;
- construction of accompanying infrastructure: HV cable lines, MV cable lines with poles, installations: rain sewage with drainage, sanitary sewage with a tight tank, water supply with a fire hydrant, cable sewage, LV electricity, lightning protection, external lighting,
- construction of internal roads and sidewalks;
- construction of a fence with markings.
