History
ELMONT GROUP
The Elmont Group is a group of specialized companies in the electric power industry. Our history is based on the Elektromontaż brand, operating on the market for over 70 years, which has become a permanent part of the history of Polish industrial power engineering. It is well known and recognizable among industry investors and in the environment of electrical engineers and fitters. It was Elektromontaż that was responsible for the construction of the most famous and key industrial facilities for the development of our country’s economy in the field of electric power.
1948-1961
The establishment of the Electrical Works Company (PRE), followed by the Warsaw Electrical Installation Association, and subsequently the Elektromontaż Electrical Works Company in Warsaw
1962-1990
Construction of the largest industrial facilities in the current Podlaskie Province (Łapy Sugar Factory, Łomża Brewery, Agnella Carpet Factory, Mlekovita, Mlekpol, Pfleiderer)
1994
Transformation of KGR No. 10 Białystok and commencement of activity by Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno-Montażowe Elektromontaż Wschód Sp. z o.o., which shareholders are Elektromontaż Warszawa and employees of the former KGR Białystok. Elektromontaż Wschód Sp. z o.o. carries out electrical installation works on the construction of a water power plant on the Siemianówka Reservoir– the Company’s first step towards renewable energy
2000
Change of the name from PP-M Elektromontaż Wschód Sp. z o.o. to Elektromontaż Wschód Sp. z o.o.
2005
Elektromontaż Wschód, Ltd. becomes an independent company—the company’s employees purchase the shares from Elektromontaż Warszawa. Further projects at industrial facilities in the region and throughout Poland, as well as for the Białystok Electrical Plant
2011
Elektromontaż Wschód Sp. z o.o. buys from PGE Dystrybucja S.A. 100% of shares in Pracownia Projektowa Enspro Sp. z o.o.
2012
The first 110/15 kV substation in the H5 system for PGE Dystrybucja S.A. under a “design-build” contract
2014
First Wind Farm 12 MW
2015
Elektromontaż Wschód Sp. z o.o. brand new head office
2017
The Elmont Group is established. Białostockie Przedsiębiorstwo Instalacji Elektrycznych sp. z o.o. (BPIE)—later Elserwis sp. z o.o. Elektromontaż Wschód sp. z o.o. becomes a 10% shareholder in ZWSE Białystok (Electric Power Grid Construction Company), which specializes in the construction of high-voltage overhead lines.

Elmont Grupa covers 100% of its electricity needs exclusively from renewable sources.

Elektromontaż Wschód changes its name to Elmont sp. z o.o.
