Elmont, on behalf of PGE, has commenced the construction of a 110 kV network substation for the connection of the Lipińskie Małe Traction Substation.
The first phase of the work involved the preparation of technical documentation. Then, the construction of the RS-110 kV Lipińskie Małe network substation began, including the associated infrastructure (station building, cable ducting, internal roads, access roads, fencing, and the MV substation for auxiliary needs).
The 110 kV outdoor switchgear will be built in an H2 dual-section configuration with a single busbar system, featuring circuit breakers in the line fields, current and voltage transformers in the line fields, and a bus coupler field equipped with disconnectors. For the purpose of connecting to the high-voltage line between Grajewo and Ełk, a new high-voltage tower will be constructed in place of the existing one, with departures to the line gates of the 110 kV RS Lipińskie Małe network substation fields.
