Elektromontaż Wschód, as the general contractor, has comprehensively modernized the 110/15 kV Kolno power substation. It is the first indoor, two-system 110kV GIS switchgear in the voivodship.
The scope of work included the:
- modernization of the 110 / 15kV GPZ Kolno substation in GIS technology,
- turnkey modernization of the 110 / 15kV GPZ Kolno substation. Works on an active station based on the developed WRI,
- HV switchgear made as indoor in GIS technology, 8-field, 2-section,
- construction of two new 16 MVA power transformer stations,
- construction of new line gates for the HV Łyse, Pisz, Biała Piska and Łomża lines 2,
- execution of HV cable lines connecting HV switchgear of GIS type with HV lines incoming to line gates and to power transformers,
- construction of a 15kV busbar wire bridge,
- construction of two new transformer stands for own purposes with chokes with follow-up regulation and modernization of 15 kV bays,
- construction of a 110 kV switchgear building with the entire infrastructure,
- construction of teletechnical sewage system,
- delivery, assembly and commissioning of auxiliary cabinets,
- delivery, assembly and commissioning of FR security cabinets,
- execution of the Technical Protection System,
- construction of area lighting, fibre optic lines and lightning protection system,
- execution of sanitary installations,
- construction of roads and station fencing,
- disassembly of old equipment of 110kV switching station.
